Food business operators are required by law, to ensure that food handlers receive appropriate supervision and instruction/training in food hygiene in line with their work activity and should enable them to handle food safely.
This interactive one day class aims to deliver fascinating insight into developments within food safety across the world. It will explore developments with Europe, the UK and the Middle East to upgrade standards and training across food supply chains and provide examples of the challenges that prevail to deliver safe food. The role of certification for both organisations and their staff will be debated and explored to illustrate the delivery of best practice.
