Dr Paul Temporal is responsible for directing a research and education project in Islamic Branding and Marketing at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He has taught on Saïd Business School MBA/EMBA and Executive Education programmes and his interests include national and corporate branding.
Organisations for which he has consulted include APEC, ASEAN, OIC, UNCTAD, GCC, UAE, EU, World Bank and the Governments of Canada, China, Dubai, Malaysia, Oman, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.

He has written more than 10 best-selling books on brand strategy and management, and regularly contributes to the global media as well as roundtable dicussions held by organisations such as The Economist and Business Week.
Paul was educated at Leeds and Oxford Universities in the UK, and holds Bachelor, Master and Doctoral degrees in management. He also holds a degree in Economics and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education. He is currently a Visiting Professor in Marketing at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, an Associate Fellow at Green Templeton College, University of Oxford, and a member of the editorial boards of the Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics and the Journal of Islamic Marketing.
Mr. Haji Saifol Haji Bahli
In 1993, he completed his first degree in Food Technology after getting Diploma in Public Health from Institute of Public Health Malaysia. He is a qualified ISO 9000 Internal Quality Auditor and Environmental Impact Assessor and also Occupational Safety & Health Management practitioner.
A very well experienced in Halal Industry domestic and internationally, as he have been with Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC) managing Training & Consultancy Department from 2008 until 2011 where he has establish Halal Training programmes, Halal Executive Programmes beside coordinating initiatives with all related government agency and organisation on Halal matters especially Halal Hub Division of JAKIM. He has presented in many seminars or conferences, locally and internationally, on halal and its related matters such as Halal Industry Perspectives, Halal Challenges, International Halal Certification etc. Among his past experience is as Head, Quality Assurance & Hygiene with In-flight Catering & Services.
Dr Gareth Jones
Dr Gareth Jones is a technical professional with twenty four years of experience in the science, engineering and business of semiconductor based photonics and electronics, including LEDs and laser diodes. He is highly motivated and able to effectively communicate concepts, technical strategies and ideas and adjust to suit the audience. He also a founder of innovative solid-state lighting testing and system integration company, LUX-TSI, specialising in the advanced testing of LED based light sources and also the specification and installation of testing equipment. He is highly familiar with LED lighting safety and performance standards in Europe and US including IEC and IES and with international LED consortium activities including Zhaga. He has experienced public company director and founding Chief Technology Officer of Enfis, an innovative LED lighting company responsible for raising innovation grant income in excess of £3Million. He was a founding CTO of Enfis, an innovative LED lighting company and was one of the team responsible for taking the company to full AiM listing on the London Exchange in 2007.
Dr. Steve Cleverly
Dr. Cleverly is a Managing Consultant at the University of Oxford’s Technology Transfer Office, Isis Enterprise. He is a life scientist with a PhD in Immunology from Imperial Cancer Research Fund, London. He spent 5 years with Ciphergen BioSystems Inc, a US-based mass spectroscopy company focusing on the clinical and translation market research markets, where he coached a team of application scientists, and introduced several new products into the European market. He has an MA in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and gained his MBA at Henley Management School in 2008.

He has a B.A. Hons (Second Class Upper) in History from the University of Malaya, a Master of Public Administration degree from Syracuse University, USA and a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Warnborough College, Ireland.
Mr Abd Malik Tahir
Mr. Malik graduated from University Kebangsaan Malaysia in BSC Chemical Technology and has been in the Oil & Gas Industry for 30 years. He spent 18 years in Shell Refinery Malaysia and was a CEO of Kemaman Bitumen Company for 8 years between 2004 and 2012. He joined KBC before constructions and oversees the designs, construction, and commissioning phase for KBC refinery.
He has significant capabilities and experience in process plant management, process plant economics, refinery crude and products quality, refinery supply and trading, short term and long term economic evaluation, in plot and off plot operation, health, safety and environment compliance and management, technical integrity and process safety matters, major project management and improvement and transformation of business units.
