Rashidi Saidin
Mr Rashidi Saidin holds a degree in aeronautical engineering from the University of Southampton UK. He has 30 years’ experience working in the aviation industry. Working for national airline, he holds various position in technical services, quality assurance, and operations, leading to being a Senior Vice President for Quality and Engineering.

He has a wealth of experience and exposure working with aviation industries the likes of Boeing, Airbus and the Aviation authorities. He played a major role in transforming the national carrier to being the second largest MRO in the world and was voted the best in the industry for the South East Asia Pacific region.

 

Faridah Iriani Tahir
Ms Faridah Iriani Tahir graduated from University Malaya with a degree in Bio Chemistry. She has worked with various multinational companies such as EON, Celcom and University Putra Malaysia, holding various position in sales and marketing. She is passionate in pursuit of turnaround programs for Internationalization and Innovation process.

 

Malik Tahir
Mr. Abd Malik Tahir has graduated from University Kebangsaan Malaysia in BSC Chemical Technology and has been in the Oil & Gas Industry for 30 years. He spent 18 years in Shell Refinery Malaysia and was a CEO of Kemaman Bitumen Company for 8 years between 2004 and 2012. He joined KBC before constructions and oversees the designs, construction, and commissioning phase for KBC refinery.

He has significant capabilities and experience in process plant management, process plant economics, refinery crude and products quality, refinery supply and trading, short term and long term economic evaluation, in plot and off plot operation, health, safety and environment compliance and management, technical integrity and process safety matters, major project management and improvement and transformation of business units.

 

Iszham Idris
Mr Iszham Idris gained a BSc (Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Manchester and has over 30 years experience in the Aviation Industry holding various positions in Malaysia Airlines, Engineering & Maintenance Division. His most recent roles have included providing consultancy services regarding work processes and productivity improvement to Saudia Airlines, Air Mauritius and Safat Aviation in Sudan. Prior to that he was responsible for establishing project management policies and guidelines, provide centralized services such as planning; scheduling, estimating; project accounting; risk assessment; and project tracking; and to prioritize projects and/or ensure consistency witch MAS and Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) strategy.

He also managed the implementation of E&M strategic initiatives, and integrate strategic priorities with other support functions. Create and manage E&M scorecard and KPI ensuring standardized terminology and measurement definitions, manage the reporting system of the scorecard, ensure data integrity, and offer training and consultancy about the scorecard and KPI to E&M departments. Iszham is also a certified work study practitioner in Methods & System Improvement, Work Measurement, and Organizational Effectiveness.

Nicole Chin – Finance and Administration Executive

• Ensuring compliance with the financial management requirements of the local governing laws ;
• keeping relevant books and records for all financial transactions;
• ensuring that banking arrangements are adequate and making sure that a bank transactions conform with the agreed procedures and appropriately documented ;
• preparing monthly Bank Reconciliation statements for all bank accounts;
• oversee personnel matters and maintain personnel files;
• ensure that agreed administrative procedures and guidelines are adhered to;
• setting up management meetings and following up of administrative issues raised at
management meetings; and
• performing any other duties relevant to finance and administration as may be assigned to her from time to time by the Executive Director.

 

Siti Sarah Annuar – Training

• Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly;
• provide performance feedback;
• plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets;
• conduct a market research and compile relevant database;
• create brochures and training materials;
• prepare and implement training budget;
• generate sales by approaching targeted potential clients to arrange meeting by cold calling; and
• maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.

 

Nur Iylia Hanin Mohd – Consultant

• Facilitating/participating in meetings with key client stakeholders to develop an understanding of their business;
• carrying out research and data collection to understand the organization/business;
• assist the Executive Director in preparing business proposals/presentations;
• implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out;
• assist the Project Manager for any projects and programmes involved;
• liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions; and
• arrange and organize meetings between employers and clients.
